First time on our new website?
If you previously had an account, simply enter your email and we’ll send you a secure login code to get started.
Why do I need to create a new account?
We’ve upgraded our website to improve performance and security. Customers now log in using a secure email code rather than a password.
Where can I find my previous orders?
Previous orders will not appear in your new account. If you need help with a past order, please contact Customer Service team via phone 03 9768 0300 or email customerservicedesk@uniform-group.com.au
How do I log in?
Enter your email address and we’ll send you a secure login code. There’s no password required.
I didn’t receive my login code - what should I do?
Please check your junk/spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, try again or contact Customer Service for assistance.
Do I need to use the same email as before?
We recommend using the same email address you previously used, but you can use any valid email address to create a new account.
Can I still place an order without an account?
Yes - you can continue to shop and check out as normal.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept card payments, PayPal, Zip Pay and Afterpay
Will this change how I order uniforms?
No - the ordering process remains the same, with an improved experience across the website.
